The times rush past,
And so do the Caravans,
With faded memories,
I still remember your shadow.
Oh, boy! Don’t go back to that lane,
All I remember is you and me on an empty street,
Middle of the night, and a heart full of hopes
Crashing down.
All is now a sweet memory,
That I cherish night after night;
Hoping for a day to come,
To rebuild the castle of our dreams.
With all of our scars and happiness,
And no perfection.
Let it be fragile.
Let it fall flat,
So that we meet again somewhere
Crossing the same path,
Middle of the night
To hold on to our fairy tales.
